Tracking and Receipt of Order


Where is my order and how can I track it? After your product is shipped, you will receive a track and trace code. If you create a profile on our website, you can check the status of your order there.


When will I receive my order? Delivery depends on whether the item is in-stock or an on-demand order. In-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 business days, while on-demand items are subject to a production cycle followed by shipping and processing time. Please check clause 4.3 of our Terms and Conditions for more information.


Do you offer free shipping? No. At Anhela Studio, we promote slow and conscious shopping. We hope that our customers order products they desire, not just because they can get and return them without any costs. Our shipping cost policy reflects this value.


How can I change my delivery address? To change your delivery address after placing an order, please email us immediately at connect@anhela-studio.com. If your order hasn’t been prepared for shipment, we can update the address. Otherwise, upon receiving your tracking number, you may contact your local courier to rearrange delivery.


What are the general shipping times? General shipping times depend on the type of order (in-stock or on-demand) and are detailed in Clause 4.3 of our Terms and Conditions.


Do you ship worldwide? Anhela Studio ships packages using various courier services, which allows us to service customers globally. However, for now we only serve the market in The Netherlands.


My package is missing, what should I do? In case of a missing package, despite tracking showing delivery, kindly check with household members, neighbors, and around your property. Contact your local courier for delivery status verification. If it’s still missing, email us at connect@anhela-studio.com to initiate an investigation.

Kindly allow 8-10 days for review and investigation.


Do I have to pay custom fees? No. Anhela Studio arranges and accounts for custom fees, incorporating them into the price of your purchase.


Will in-stock items of my order be shipped right away? In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and local holidays. If ordered alongside on-demand items, all items will be dispatched together upon readiness of the last item to adhere to our sustainability ethos (refer to Clause 4.8).


Returns

  • All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If the item is defective, please provide photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a return label to be sent to you.
  • Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected, allowing up to 14 days for reflection in your account.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
